Can I use Gutsy on multiple devices?+
Absolutely. Your data is synced to your account, allowing you to switch between your computer, phone, and tablet without losing your progress.
How do I reset my password?+
You can reset your password directly from the Gutsy login page by clicking “Forgot password.” Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.
How do I manage my billing & subscription?+
1) Via Google Play or Apple App Store:
Navigate to the App Store or Play Store, go to “My Subscriptions,” and cancel, update, or manage your subscription from there. Your payments are processed by the app stores, not directly by Gutsy.
2) Via the Gutsy portal (bank card):
If you subscribed through our online portal using a debit or credit card, manage your subscription via the membership portal — click your profile to access billing, make changes, or cancel.
I'm not receiving push notifications. What should I do?+
First, ensure notifications are enabled within the Gutsy app settings. Then check your phone's system settings to confirm Gutsy has permission to send alerts. If the issue persists, try toggling notifications off and on again.
The app is crashing or freezing. How can I fix this?+
